Review: On time, were able to come at 8 am on a Saturday. Quoted and completed the job same day. Seemed a little pricey but we have no other vendors to compare to. Fully licensed and insured.
Update: 4/5/10 -- Called back for another job and the bid was incredibly high. We no longer can afford them. If you need prompt service and don't mind to pay extra, they are great. We had a budget, so we cannot afford the high prices.

Review: We called a lot of people to try to get a dumpster and no one answered the phone or called back within the hour except the frienly woman at Ellsworth. She answered right away and was able to schedule a drop off for the next morning. They also let us keep it a few extra days for no additional cost. Fast, friendly, respnsive. Highly recommended. I honestly would not even consider any other places if Ellsworth delivers to your location.

Review: Although you might think of other companies first, Penske has the best location if you are in Luzerne county. Friendly, great prices! We were able to return the truck that night outside of office hours with no issues. Completed the reservation on the phone, went down within the hour and were on our way in minutes. Highly recommended.

Review: With years of selling TV's and appliances in the local community we felt good about giving our business to Voitek. Jeff was our salesman and helped us pick everything our while giving good suggestions. Three days after ordering he called to inform us everything was in. I felt the pricing was reasonable and they offered a lot of rebates.
Flooring:
Giant flooring and wall covering
1345 Highway 315 Blvd, Wilkes Barre, PA
(570) 825-3435

Review: After getting quotes in excess of $4,000 to lay tile in our kitchen Amber and I once again set out to buy the materials ourselves, do the initial prep-work, and hire someone to lay the tile. We walked into Giant Flooring and met with Sandy, a friendly and knowledgeable salesmen. He showed us a lot of Italian porcelain and answered all our questions. He mentioned they had some in the back room that was on sale so he led us to the gigantic warehouse in the back and after looking at piles of tile we found what we wanted for 99cents a sq. foot (retail is $4/sq foot). Great people and service.

Review:
Update: 3/10/2010 - I guess good things sometimes go away? I can only hope Brian is busy with other larger jobs! I hate to say it but our service pretty much fell apart at the first of the year. The molding isn't 100% complete (grant it we had some stuff on order, but it's been in for over a month!). Instead of hiring Brian to finish the rest of the trim work, we are going to bring someone else in for the job. Timeliness and communication is everything to me on this project.
We hired Brian to help us with the floor transitions (thresholds) and wood trim throughout the house. We ended up using Brian first to lay the porcelain tile. The quality of work was excellent, we really appreciated his responsiveness, and the pricing was fair and reasonable. Great job and we recommend Brian.
