I think this marks the 10th time Hillside Road has flooded. The creek just can't handle all the rain NEPA has been getting over the past few months. So far, we've had a stream running down the road for 2 full days. The bridge at the end of the road was damaged so badly during hurricane Irene it was already shut down.
