The backyard oasis is underway! Our goal is to get the fence up, rip out the outdoor chimney/fireplace, remove all debris and slightly grade hill, rip out the back of the garage that was an addition (it is falling over), and install a two tier retaining wall on the hill. All the work, except the fence, will be done by me. Here are some video's and pictures. We'll do a side by side once some progress on the hill is done.

If you were to turn around looking at the above photo, this is the rear. The fence will go into this hill which is going to be changed into a retaining wall.
