Building a wine cellar

Building a wine cellar for Backyard Winery is certainly going to be fun and present it's very own challenges. For the past 4 months I've monitored the temperature and humidity. It averages about 67' with humidity at 69%, perfect for a wine cellar.

This project consists of framing it out, proper insulation, vapor barriers, flooring, custom door, wine racks, and lots of other odds and ends. As this project moves forward I'll continue to post updates. For now, let's look at the start:
